EuroMillions Big Win

EuroMillions Lottery: Couple Claimed £105m

The lucky winners of a £105m EuroMillions jackpot are a builder and a shop worker. As said by operator Camelot, the sixth jackpot prize winners in the UK this year are Steve Thomson, 42, and his wife Lenka, 41, from West Sussex. Their ticket won £105,100,701.90 on 19 November, the 25th anniversary of the National Lottery’s first draw.

The winning numbers picked were 8, 10, 15, 30 and 42, with 4 and 6 selected for the Lucky Star numbers. When Mr. Thomson knew he had won the jackpot, he felt like “on the verge of having a heart attack”. “I think that’s mine,” Mr. Thomson said at the official presentation for the winning cheque!

Winning lottery is kind of gaining treasure money.

Mr. Thomson mentioned it was a really big win to him but he didn’t know what to do. So, he had a new hair cut and bought a T-shirt instead of any big purchase. He would not resign from his job straight away. “Once I am over the shock I will need to keep doing something,” he said.

Though he won big money, he was ready to help his business partner as well. “I am not the type just to sit still. My business partner knows that if he needs a hand, I’ll be there.” At the end of the day, he is still the same Steve. “I do not want to change, we are just financially better off.”

He said there’s no need to hide and he decided to go public. The couple plan to stay in the Selsey area and will be sharing the money with friends and family, as well as “doing things for the community”. The couple’s good friends must feel the joy and the generosity from them!

The Thomson are looking for a good Christmas this year as they have no plan to cook for this Christmas.
