Twitter Plan on a New Audio Discussion Service Similar to Clubhouse
Cutting edge technology has pushed social media giant Twitter for a new move. As in their latest announcement, the company said it was testing a live audio discussion service – which has proved popular on a new rival, the audio-only social network Clubhouse. People from different parts of the world gather in the chat rooms of Clubhouse that makes much noise in the air. The curiosity of the internet users to try new media that make the well-established big social media to consider more engagement in new trial to cater for the interest of the customers. Otherwise, the existing users may jump to other media platform if the media owners don’t take necessary ways to keep the loyalty of their customers. It’s about innovation, right!
“Why don’t we start with why folks don’t believe in us,” said Twitter founder Jack Dorsey.
“It comes down to three critiques: we’re slow, we’re not innovative, and we’re not trusted.”
No one knows how much users can the new coming media platforms absorb from the traditional social media platforms. ‘Rome was not built in one day.’ So, when you want to keep your position in the market, you have to put resources and manpower to make the trial on new service to the customers. The new wave of the new media ‘Clubhouse’ has definitely made success by winning the attraction of the general public. And the main point is you may lose your customers’ loyalty if you don’t do anything to tackle it.
A healthy competition is a win-win situation to the customers and the service providers. Simply wait whether the development of this new service of Twitter is mature enough to launch in 2021 or not.
